National Certified Phlebotomist
- Must bring copy of High School Diploma or GED, Driver's license and registration fee to registration.
- Expected program length: Minimum 16 Clock Hours. This program is normally completed in 4 calendar weeks and is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. and on Monday and Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Next page should give you a list of choices on the left side of the page, choose "Phlebotomy Technician" once the next page populates, choose the last choice of the "6" listed which is labeled "Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) study guide (printed) 2.0. That is the study guide workbook you as the student will need for this course.
